Leadership

The team behind GO CCTV.

Three directors plus a senior commercial team running a UK-wide mobile CCTV operation from a single Birmingham HQ. Direct lines, fast decisions, accountable owners.

Bash Chishti, Managing Director, GO CCTV

Managing Director

Bash Chishti

Founder & Managing Director · GO CCTV

Bash leads GO CCTV's strategy, operations and product direction, with overall accountability for the safety, performance and growth of the business. He founded GO Security Ltd to bring rapid-deploy, solar-powered surveillance to UK construction and infrastructure sites, and has driven the transition from diesel-dependent site security to year-round renewable units.

Before GO CCTV, Bash held operational and commercial roles across the security and infrastructure space and has overseen the deployment of mobile surveillance units on hundreds of UK sites — including tier-1 construction, rail enhancement, void housing portfolios and large-scale outdoor events.

He sits on the board of the parent group, U Holdings Ltd, and is based at the GO CCTV head office in Birmingham.

Mark Raybone, Commercial Director, GO CCTV

Commercial Director

Mark Raybone

Commercial Director · GO CCTV

Mark leads commercial strategy at GO CCTV — owning customer relationships, framework agreements, pricing and the long-term sales pipeline. He works across construction, rail, utilities and local authority customers to make sure every hire is scoped accurately, delivered on time and priced fairly against the risk it offsets.

With a long background in commercial roles across the UK security and infrastructure-services market, Mark brings the discipline of a sector that runs on rigorous quoting, schedule management and clean handovers. He is the senior point of contact for tier-1 contractor frameworks and multi-site rollouts.

Mark is based at the GO CCTV head office in Birmingham and spends a significant portion of every week on customer sites across the UK.

Andrew Flynn, Technical Director, GO CCTV

Technical Director

Andrew Flynn

Technical Director · GO CCTV

Andrew owns the technical direction of the GO CCTV product range — hardware specification, AI detection performance, solar and battery engineering, 4G connectivity, and the integration between site units and the monitoring centre. He is accountable for the reliability of every tower, pod and camera in the field.

With a deep background in security systems engineering, Andrew sets the standards GO CCTV's R&D pipeline holds itself to: 24/7 uptime in UK winter conditions, sub-second alert latency, and AI detection thresholds tuned to suppress nuisance alarms without missing real intrusions. He works closely with our hardware partners and the ARC on continuous improvement.

Andrew is based at the GO CCTV head office in Birmingham and leads the engineering team supporting deployments across the UK.

Senior team

Working with our directors.

Ibrar Khawaja, Business Development Manager, GO CCTV

Business Development Manager

Ibrar Khawaja

Business Development Manager · GO CCTV

Ibrar leads new business development at GO CCTV, working alongside Mark on the commercial side. He owns the early stages of the sales pipeline — qualifying inbound enquiries, building relationships with new construction, infrastructure and event clients, and matching their site requirements to the right product mix from the GO CCTV range.

For most new customers, Ibrar is the first point of contact. He handles initial site walk-throughs, prepares quote scoping notes for the engineering team, and stays involved through deployment to make sure the customer experience matches what was promised in the quote.
